A true community effort
|

Area neighbors volunteered weekends to install park signs and benches
| Creating the Webb Mountain Discovery Zone was a true community effort -the coming together of neighbors, community service organizations, local businesses, schools and Public Works to volunteer time and resources over countless weekends to make this park a reality. |

Dave McCollum (left) created trails for the outdoor classroom for his Eagle Scout project.
| Masuk High School students, under the direction of Mr. Doug Fedorko, designed and created the park's unique trail signs. |

Ken Twombly (operating backhoe) created the landscape design of the Discovery Zone entrance with assistance from members of the Monroe Garden and Beautification Club.
