Webb Mountain Discovery Zone

Where science & history meet nature in a fun, hands-on learning experience

Help Make a Difference and Volunteer at the Discovery Zone!

Want to spend some free-time on something valuable and rewarding?  The Discovery Zone has plenty of work, big and small if you would like to volunteer!   The more help we get, the more we can do to advance our cause!

Some of the maintenance needs include seasonal mowing, weeding, weed whacking, upkeep of the Susan Kimball Butterfly Garden, pruning/cutting fallen trees on trails and leaf blowing in the fall.

We also need volunteers for special events such as the Spring Egg Hunt and other community events, disseminating brochures and other materials, manning booths at outreach events and assisting at birthday parties or other programs.

If you would like to be contacted for any of the above, please email us at info@webbdiscoveryzone.org
